Andrée Bober is the founding director and curator of Landmarks, the public art program of The University of Texas at Austin. She has commissioned major works by artists including Michael Ray Charles, Ann Hamilton, Sarah Oppenheimer, José Parlá, Nancy Rubins, Jennifer Steinkamp, and James Turrell.
